Michael Hunter for Twists Glass zanfirico cane lizard scent bottle

And now for something completely different! The more I look at this quirky scent bottle the more I love it.
It is an early piece having been made by Michael Hunter for Twists Glass in 2001.

The conical base of the bottle is in fact a stand for the bottle. It is made of blue glass encased in clear glass and has a lizard crawling around it.
The lizard is made of a blue & white zanfirico cane with white zanfiico cane legs that have been pulled into the toes and turquoise eyes.

Fused to the top of the base/stand is the frosted glass bottle that has a lizard head zanfirico stopper made of a blue & white zanfirico cane with turquoise eyes.
The base is scratch signed "M Hunter Twists 01" and has the Twists Glass studio label.
